Membership shall be considered terminated in the following cases:-

(a) If the member is unfit to continue as a member as per section 7,

(b) If the member resigns,

(c) in case of death, or

(d) in case of absence from more than three consecutive meetings of the Council without giving notice to the Council with reasons.
